Yes, we have subject-specific editors who are experts in their respective fields. Upon receiving the manuscript, our Chief-Editor assigns the work to a specific Group Editor for necessary action.
Once you submit the manuscript in our website, it directly goes to our Chief-editor, who then assigns the work to appropriate subject group. The Group-editor assigns the work to appropriate subject-specific editor. The subject-specific editor returns the edited document to the Group-editor, who again goes through the entire document and passes on the document to the "Quality-check" team. If satisfied, the "Quality-check" team sends the edited document to the Chief-editor to have a final look before delivery. (If not satisfied, the "Quality-check" team again sends back the document to the particular subject group and re-edit according to the suggestions and return the document to the "Quality-check" team.) For editing, our editors use "Track change" mode in MS-Word. Therefore, you can easily find the changes, corrections and comments made by our expert editors.
Yes, we accept manuscript in PDF, LaTex and Tex format. They are converted to MS Word file for editing using track changes. If the client wants, we can re-convert the edited file into PDF and LaTex and Tex before delivering the final work.
